Note: Provide either individual name parts OR an entity name per row. Leave other name columns blank for that row. Screening prioritizes 'Entity Name'.

Matching Sensitivity

Adjust threshold for Possible matches:

Set minimum score for 'Possible' matches. 'Probable' matches fixed at 90-99. Exact matches (100) always shown.
